About Learn to Swim

All of our instructors are AUSTSWIM, Royal Life Saving and Swim Australia qualified and hold CPR certification. Our teachers provide instruction in water safety and swimming technique.

Many of our instructors hold additional AUSTSWIM qualifications in Infant & Preschool Aquatics; Access & Inclusion (previously CALD & Disability); Adults; and Towards Competitive Strokes.

We hold classes all year round in 3 blocks (sessions) – a Summer, a Winter and a Spring. Our Summer and Spring sessions are  15-16 weeks long with a shorter, 10 week session for Winter.

We also offer an Intensive Program held during school holiday periods.

Classes are capped at a student to instructor ratio based on the age and skill level of our students.

When students have progressed to the next level, all of their hard work is recognised with a certificate of achievement awarded by our deck supervisors!

Visit Program Level Descriptions for detailed information about our classes and levels.
