Renewal works to the external components of the awning and roof of the building at the North Ryde School of Arts Community Hall.

Upgrade the external roof and cladding elements to the building that have reached the end of their serviceable life. The renewals works will ensure no water ingress into the building as well as revitalisation of the existing facade.

Design and upgrade of new HVAC system in the community hall.
