KU Eastwood is an existing building currently being occupied and operated as a preschool.

The current property has a number of stormwater issues with the existing stormwater drainage and requires an upgrade to be able to cater for the volume of stormwater captured from the roof area and embankments to the carpark. The intention of the project is to ensure that the new stormwater system has the ability to cater to all roof drainage, and also ensure that all surface stormwater run-off adequately disposed of the street as per hydraulic engineering design.
