Extended Notification period for Development Applications, Applications for Modifications of Consents (S4.55 MOD) & Section 8.2 Review Applications over Christmas and new year period (December – January)

During the Christmas and New Year period, notification of all Development Applications, Section 4.55 Applications and Section 8.2 Review Applications, will be extended beyond the regular notification periods. This is in accordance with City of Ryde’s Community Participation Plan and Schedule 1 of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979 to exclude any days between 20 December 2024 and 10 January 2025 (inclusive).
