The development application proposed for the:

• Construction of two 4 storey commercial towers above the approved Top Ryde shopping centre including car parking.

These towers were conceptually approved by Council within the previously notified Local Development Application 672/2006 for the Top Ryde shopping centre. This development application applies to:

• 109-129 Blaxland Road, Ryde (Lot 1 in DP 1134255)
