Storm assistance for our community

Until power is restored, and to support residents affected by the storms, amenities blocks including showers are open at Eastwood Park Upper (until 6 pm), Ryde Park 1 (until 6 pm) and Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre (until 5.45pm). Residents are also encouraged to use our Libraries to recharge devices and access internet. Ryde Library is open 9 am-9 pm Monday - Thursday.

Australia Day Public Holiday

City of Ryde Council, including the Customer Service Centre and all Libraries will be closed for the Australia Day public holiday, Monday 27 January 2025 (observed). The Ryde Aquatic Leisure Centre will be open from 9 am to 5.45 pm.

Local Planning Panel Meetings Calendar

If a public meeting is required, these meetings will generally be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month by teleconference (Microsoft Teams) and commence at a time between 2pm and 3.30pm depending on the number of items on that day.

Additional extraordinary meetings may be scheduled there is a need. Meetings can also be cancelled when there are no items.

The Panel Secretariat will notify those who made public submissions when a matter is to be determined via a public meeting and further instructions will be provided if you wish to join the meeting or listen to the live webcast on the day.
