Upcoming Public Holiday Closures – Easter and Anzac Day
City of Ryde Libraries will be closed over the Easter and Anzac Day public holidays, across the following dates:
- Easter: Friday 18 April to Monday 21 April inclusive
- Anzac Day: Friday 25 April
After-hours return chutes and online services will still be available during this time.
Quiet Hours
City of Ryde Libraries is committed to providing a range of accessibility needs. From December we will be implementing Quiet Hour sessions. During Quiet Hour, our branches will aim to create a low sensory environment by having dimmed lighting, minimal noise and low-level conversations (where possible). Visit our library during these times for a calm library experience.

- Eastwood Library: Tuesdays 1.00pm – 2.00pm
- West Ryde Library: Tuesdays 6.00pm – 7.00pm
- Ryde Library: Fridays 9.00am – 10.00am
- Gladesville Library: Fridays 1.00pm – 2.00pm
