Rainbow Art Journaling
The Youth 12 June session will be held at Ryde Library from 6 pm to 8 pm.
Join us in 2025 for an exciting inclusive monthly Creative Corner workshop series for adults and youth at Ryde and West Ryde Libraries creating your own art journal.
These guided workshops will include grounding, creative session, sharing circle, and community connection. Come as you are and walk home with your journal and new friends!
Come along to connect, create, and communicate through art! All materials will be provided, but feel free to bring any personal items that inspire you.
Sessions will be held every alternating month for two age groups:

Each session will feature a theme to prompt your creativity and must be booked individually. Bookings essential.
These workshops will be a LGBTQIA+ friendly space where attendees can expect a warm, inclusive environment where all identities are welcomed and celebrated. All attendees are expected to adhere to the Library Customer Code of Conduct and to be respectful of each other.
The sessions will be facilitated by Sneha Sobti (she/her), an LGBTQIA+ Consultant, Artist, Speaker, and Author. She will be creating welcoming spaces for the LGBTQIA+ community, allowing opportunities for self-expression of diverse identities through art, improved wellbeing, and a strong sense of belonging in the local community.
