For urgent enquiries, please call our after-hours service on 9952 8222.

Non-urgent requests can be logged online 24/7.

Waste Collection

Kerbside Bin Collection
Bin collection will operate on the usual days and will not be affected by the Christmas and New Year public holidays.

Bookings for the pre-booked Household CleanUp Service
Telephone bookings for the pre-booked Household CleanUp Service will be closed on the public holidays, however you will still be able to book online.

e-Waste Collections
e-waste Collections are closed on public holidays.

Bin Repairs/Replacements 
Bin Repair/Replacement services will not be available on public holidays.

Community Recycling Centre (CRC)
The Community Recycling Centre (CRC)  will be closed from Wednesday 25 December until Wednesday 1 January 2025. It will reopen on Thursday 2 January 2025 at 8am.

Libraries 

The after hours return chutes will be available at all libraries during the closure for your convenience. You can also make use of our online library services through the City of Ryde website at any time.
