West Ryde Plaza No Smoking Zone Trial

Now that the West Ryde Plaza upgrade is complete, Council is currently trialling the plaza as a Smoke Free Zone for 6 months from 1 July 2019.  This trial will benefit both residents and visitors to West Ryde, making the Plaza a cleaner, healthier place to visit.

The City of Ryde was an early adopter of State Government policies to address the adverse impacts of smoking. The Smoke Free Zone trial at West Ryde Plaza continues Council’s efforts to respond to its community by improving health and well-being.
