The City of Ryde is proposing to transfer an existing licence of the former Optus tower Licence at ELS Hall Park, Kent Road, Marsfield to Australian Tower Network (a related corporate entity of Optus) for the ongoing provision of telecommunications services for a term of five (5) years.

In accordance with the Local Government Act, Council invites you to have your say on the proposed transfer of the Licence.

Written Submissions

Written submissions must be clearly marked as ‘Transfer of Existing Licence of Part of ELS Hall Park, Marsfield - PPM2008/272’ and will be received up until Thursday 4 May 2023.

It is Council policy that all submissions received will be publicly accessible on request. Supplying your personal information is voluntary. However, anonymous submissions may be given less weight (or no weight) in the overall consideration of the license proposal.
