Project Update - Playground Upgrade Opens at Olympic Park Ryde

In November 2022, the City of Ryde conducted a Have Your Say for the Olympic Park Playground Upgrade seeking community feedback on the draft concept plan.

The community's feedback was valuable in finalising the playground's design. 

As part of our Playground Renewal Program, work commenced on the playground upgrade earlier this year.

Council is happy to advise that the work is now complete and the playground upgrade is open for our community to enjoy!

The upgrade includes the installation of new play equipment including a Ninja Warrior course, cubby and swing set, informal seating with sandstone block edging, stronger connections to the different play areas and planting to tie the playground into its existing bushland environment.
