New Fees for Amendments to Ryde Local Environmental Plan 2014

On 10 November 2020, Council resolved to exhibit the following proposed fees for Planning Proposals: 

  • $10,000 for Administrative (low impact) changes to planning controls
  • $30,000 for Minor (low to medium impact) changes to planning controls
  • $70,000 for Major (high impact) changes to planning controls
  • $100,000 for Complex (high impact) changes to planning controls

Council is calling on the community to provide feedback on the proposed new fees which are on public exhibition from 2 December 2020 to 25 January 2021.

Submissions can be made in writing to the City of Ryde and can be completed using the online submission form below, by email or by post. 

All submissions must be received by Council by 4.00pm on 25 January 2021. 

Written submissions must be clearly marked as ‘Planning Proposal Fees – URB20/249/1’.
