The City of Ryde is proposing to renew a licence with North Ryde Community Preschool for its current location, being 13 Clermont Avenue, Ryde part of Yamble Reserve, for activities associated with their association for a term of twenty (20) years. 

North Ryde Community Preschool is a not-for-profit organisation that provides quality early learning, education and care. For the past thirty-four years North Ryde Community Preschool has operated from 13 Clermont Avenue, Ryde located in part of Yamble Reserve, that is categorised as General Community Use.
