Public Hearing for proposed land re-categorisation
Local residents are invited to attend the public hearing on the proposed land re-categorisation in accordance with the Local Government Act 1993. Council will use an independent facilitator (Parkland Planners) to conduct the public hearing.
Due to the current restrictions on public gatherings, residents will be able to attend the public hearing through a phone call or video link.

Time 4.30pm – 6.00pm
Registrations for the public hearing close 12.00noon Thursday 5 November 2020.
How do I participate in the public hearing?
Register in advance to participate in the public hearing by completing the online registration below or if you don’t have internet access, please call Customer Service on 9952 8222.
Once registered, you will receive further information closer to the public hearing date on how to join the meeting via phone or video link.

Written Submissions
Written submissions must be clearly marked as ‘ELS Hall Park draft Plan of Management’ or ‘ELS Hall Park proposed land re-categorisation’.
All submissions must be received by Sunday 29 November 2020.
