The below times are indicative of maximum response times. A trapped passenger is always the priority, and a technician will attend immediately.
Response times for a stopped lift with passengers, treated as a priority:
- Business hours up to 30 minutes
- After-hours up to 45 minutes
Response times for a stopped lift without passengers:
- Business hours up to 45 minutes
- After-hours up to 75 minutes.
For all other servicing including doors not opening:
- Business hours up to 60 minutes
- After-hours up to 90 minutes.
