Project Update - 2P Parking on Ryedale Road, Eastwood

In August 2021, the City of Ryde asked for feedback on 2P Parking on Ryedale Road, Eastwood. The proposal was to install 2P (2 hour) parking between 8:30AM and 6:00PM, MONDAY to FRIDAY on the eastern-side of Ryedale Road, Eastwood (north of First Avenue) to improve turnover of short-term parking.

RESULTS OF PUBLIC FEEDBACK

Following the positive feedback received from the community, this project was endorsed by the Ryde Traffic Committee and Works Community Committee.

Council will therefore proceed with converting the unrestricted parking on the eastern side of Ryedale Road, Eastwood (north of First Avenue) to 2P (8:30AM-6PM, MON-FRI) by the end of December 2021. The plan showing the location of the change can be found below.
