Women's Health Week

WHW

Jean Hailes Women’s Health Week (2-5 September) is a week dedicated to all women across Australia to make good health a priority.

Women's Health Week is a nation-wide campaign of events and online activities – all centred on improving women's health and helping women to make healthier choices.

Every September, for one week, Women’s Health Week is a reminder to set aside time for your health and wellbeing. Make an appointment for a health check, get active, join an event or simply connect with other women. You don't have to do it alone. Plus, City of Ryde is holding a number of sessions on topics such as breathing and meditation for a sound sleep, exercise and stretching for every stage of womanhood and optimal eating to support hormonal health and general wellbeing, read more below.

You can also access resources on the Women's Health Week website.

Be part of the action in September and get ready to learn more about important women's health topics by signing up via the Women's Health Week website.
