Two age group categories:
- 14 years and under
- 15 years and over
14 years and under
1st - $400 Anystore Gift Cards

3rd - $100 Anystore Gift Cards
Encouragement $25.00 Anystore Gift Cards
15 years and over
1st - $400 Anystore Gift Cards

Terms and Conditions
Performance Requirements
- Applications must be submitted online by Midnight Sunday 17 March 2024
- Song length approx. no longer than 4.20 (average song length)
- Songs with obscene language content in it will not be accepted
- All backing tracks must be emailed to roseanna@rgmusic.com.au prior to event day
- Backing tracks can be made available on CDR disc, iPhone, iPad
- Backing tracks can have backing vocals on it or can use their own accompaniment guitar, or keyboard
- Entries into the Singing category that include live accompanying instrumental music is allowed, however only the singing will be judged
- Solo acts or duets are accepted
- Entries will be judged by the judging panel for their Vocal Ability, Stage presentation and crowd appreciation
- The competition is open to all NSW residents.
- City of Ryde staff and WREC Committee members are not able to enter the competition
- Contestants that are under 16 years old must have parental or guardian consent to enter the singing competition
- Limit of 1 entry per person
- All entries will be considered with equal weighting
- Selected entries may also be displayed through Council’s communication channels.
- No personal details will be uploaded; only the child’s first name and age will be displayed.
- All decisions made by the judging panel are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Participants must be at the event on the day in order to win a prize
- In the event that a prize is lost after being awarded, City of Ryde or the WREC Committee are not responsible for providing a replacement or issuing another form of compensation for the lost prize
- By participating in the competition, is automatic acceptance of the Terms & Conditions
- Once all prizes are awarded, no more will be given.
