Become Tech Savvy at West Ryde Library by joining our introduction to online shopping and banking. You no longer need to head to the bank branch to perform every transaction, and you can buy just about anything you need online without ever stepping outside your door. You can transfer money, pay bills, buy groceries and other goods, and even make all your travel arrangements online.

In this workshop you will learn:

• the basics of online shopping, whether you want to book a holiday or buy groceries.
• we’ll walk you through the process of buying something online, and
• you will also learn how to stay safe online for banking and shopping.

Laptops will be provided for the session or you are welcome to bring you own and handouts will be given.

Note: these sessions are designed for seniors (60+ years).
