If you’re a teenager, young adult, or parent interested in exploring sustainable period product options for yourself or your children, this free workshop is for you!


Celebrate NSW Youth Week by discovering how reusable period products can help you save money, reduce waste, and make sustainable choices that benefit both you and the planet.


What’s in it for you?

  • A short, interactive workshop introducing reusable period products
  • A FREE reusable period product of your choice (choose between a period cup or a set of reusable pads)


Alice from Nappy Lane will introduce the benefits of using reusable products and demonstrate how to use them.

What you will learn:

  • Benefits of switching to reusable period products
  • Different types of reusable products
  • How to fit and care for reusable products
