This Aquatic Exercise program is a nine-week, low cost exercise program for seniors and retirees. The Aquatic Exercise program is a low impact exercise program with low to moderate intensity physical activity.
This program is suitable for seniors/retirees with stable long-term health conditions. Classes are conducted in an indoor heated pool in a small group.
When: Tuesday's 2:15pm-3:15pm Where: Ryde Aquatic Centre. Pool entry may be required for some participants.
