Term 2 2025 - Intergenerational Fit Beatz - Wednesdays 1:00-1:45pm

A low-cost class which is a fun hybrid between drumming and aerobics set to music. It's fun, fast and very entertaining. Fit Beatz can be modified with movements and poses for those with limited mobility. This class can be done standing, seated in a chair, or a combination of both.

When: Wednesdays 1:00-1:45pm

Where: Lachlan's Line Auditorium 

Accessibility: This is an accessible venue, with both street parking available, an the underground parking garage with lift access available. Disabled access toilets located within the venue. 

Cost: $50 per term. Program runs for 9 weeks on Wednesdays during school terms.
