Seniors Festival 2025: Guided Nature Walk / Shrimpton's Creek

Learn about the Natural Bushland environments found inside the City of Ryde. Jennifer Farrer will be leading today's guided walk-through Shrimpton’s Creek. Enjoy a morning tea and learn what bush regeneration projects are happening and speak to Bush Care Volunteers about how you can get involved.

Personal Care

All walks require average fitness. Some sections of bush-tracks may be rough underfoot, uneven, or slippery and may include creek crossings.
Facilities
There may be NO shops or toilets along the walking route. It is advised that participants bring sufficient water and a snack.

Walks may be cancelled due to wet weather or Total Fire Ban days. Please contact your guide prior to the walk for more information.
