Seniors Festival 2025: Come and Try Fit Beatz

Come along and try our newest Intergenerational fitness class. A low-cost class which is a fun hybrid between drumming and aerobics set to music. It's fun, fast and very entertaining. Drum Fit can be modified with movements and poses for those with limited mobility. This class can be done standing, seated in a chair, or a combination of both.

When: Wednesday 12 March 1:00-1:45pm

Where: Lachlan's Line Auditorium 

Accessibility: This is an accessible venue, with both street parking available, the underground parking garage with lift access available. Disabled access toilets located within the venue. 

Cost: Free, Register and come for a free trial to see if this right for you.

Full Term tickets will be $50per for 9 sessions. Program will run 9 weeks on Wednesdays during school terms starting 30 April 2025.
