Anzac Day

Saturday 25 April 2026 | 9am to 10am

Since 1916 Anzac Day has marked the anniversary of the first major military action fought by Australian and New Zealand forces (the Anzacs) during the Gallipoli campaign of the First World War.

Every year Council holds a commemorative service for the community at Anzac Park, West Ryde. The ceremony will be followed by morning tea and performance at Ryde Eastwood Leagues Club.
