If your bin has not been collected by midday on your collection day contact Council's Customer Service on 9952 8222 or report it online via the below links:

Missing Bins

If your bin has gone missing contact Council’s Customer Service on 9952 8222 or report it online via the below link:

• Missing or Stolen Residential Bin

Bins will be replaced within five working days.

Damaged Bins

If your bin is damaged (e.g. bin is split, lid has fallen off, or wheels have fallen off) contact Council's Customer Service on 9952 8222 or report it online via the below links:

• Damaged Garbage Bin
• Damaged Recycling Bin
• Damaged Garden Organics Bin

Please leave the damaged bin on the kerbside until it has been repaired.

Bins will be repaired within five working days.
