Change of mailing address for Rates Notices

Click on the link below to request a change of address for the service of your rates notice if you are the owner of a residential property within the City of Ryde. 

Property owners, you will need your rates Customer Reference No. which is located on the top right hand side of your rates instalment notice.

Alternatively you can download and complete a PDF Form. 

In order for the change to take effect, you will need to submit a form more than 10 business days prior to the posting date of your next rates notice. If this is not the case, the change may not take effect until after that notice is sent. 

Customers will only be provided with one rates notice per property, either by mail or email and not both.

Company Office Holder where a property is owned by a business

Council requires you to attach a copy of a Company Extract issued by Australian Securities & Investment Commission that lists your name as a Company Office Holder, please have that ready to upload to your application..

If you are not the owner or real estate agent (eg. power of attorney, solicitor, company director or some other agent for the owner), you can request rates notices be sent care of you by clicking on the link below. A separate entry must be made for each property and adequate evidence or instructions from the owner must be provided.
