Welcome 2025 with NYE Celebrations at Meadowbank Park

City of Ryde invites you to celebrate New Year’s Eve at Meadowbank Park with a fun-filled evening of family-friendly entertainment and spectacular fireworks at 9.00pm.

“We’re thrilled to bring our community together to welcome 2025 in the heart of Meadowbank Park,” said Mayor Trenton Brown. “This event is all about celebrating our vibrant local community in a safe and inclusive environment. There’s something for everyone, from playground fun to delicious food options.”

The park’s wide-open spaces make it the perfect spot to set up a picnic and enjoy the evening. Bring your own spread or grab a meal from local restaurants to-go. Onsite, there will be ice cream trucks to cool down on the summer’s night, as well as gourmet burger and pizza food trucks offering mouthwatering items for purchase.

“I encourage everyone to support our local businesses while enjoying the evening,” Mayor Brown added. “Let’s come together to celebrate in true City of Ryde style.”

Meadowbank Park’s regional playground will keep the little ones entertained, while families and friends can look forward to a dazzling fireworks display lighting up the night sky at 9.00pm.
