Services unavailable
Some Customer Service Centre services, including reports, payments, processing development applications, waste enquiries, general information enquiries and bookings will be unavailable due to scheduled technical maintenance from 12.00pm Friday 8 November until 2.00pm Monday 11 November. Customers are asked to wait until Tuesday 12 November to contact Customer Service when systems will be available for full service. E-Services, including online payments and certificates and DA tracking will also be impacted. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Customer Service Centre

The City of Ryde Customer Service Centre services the needs of the community including residents, workers, visitors, community groups, businesses, and investors.

To speak with the Customer Service Team during business hours please phone 9952 8222 or visit the Customer Service Centre located at 1 Pope Street, Ryde (Top Ryde City shopping centre, below Ryde Library).

After Hours

After hours calls are assisted by our After Hours Messaging Service on the main customer service number of 9952 8222. If your call requires the urgent attention of an After Hours Duty Officer or Ranger, please follow the prompts to speak with our After Hours Messaging Service.

During extreme weather conditions or other major service disruptions, customers may experience lengthy call wait times. We will endeavour to answer your call as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

City of Ryde Council administration, is located at the Riverview Business Park, Building 0, Level 1, 3 Richardson Place, North Ryde.

Council Chambers and Committee Rooms

Meetings are held in the Council Chambers located at Level 1a, 1 Pope Street, Ryde (above Ryde Library).
