Mobile phones for survivors of Domestic Violence

Have you got an old, operational mobile phone you no longer need? Donate it to help a DV Victim!

The Rotary Club of North Ryde have collaborated with DVSafePhone, to collect old, functioning phones and provide them free as essential lifelines to domestic violence survivors.

Phones can be placed in a box located near the Cox’s Road Fruit Market at Cox’s Road Mall, North Ryde.

Ryde Hunters Hill Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence Committee

Ryde Hunters Hill Domestic, Family & Sexual Violence Committee aims to address domestic violence issues in the City of Ryde and Hunters Hill.

The Committee does this by:

  • Facilitating a forum where all agencies providing services to women and children experiencing domestic violence can discuss issues of concern and enhance inter-agency responses to women and children who experience domestic violence
  • Facilitating networking of and between Government and non-Government agencies
  • Raising local community awareness of the issues of domestic violence.
