City of Ryde - Customer Service Centre
Located at 1 Pope Street, Ryde (Top Ryde City shopping centre, below Ryde Library), the centre includes Customer Service and the specialised Building and Development Advisory Service.
The Centre operates to provide services on a wide range of town planning and business related issues. You can book an appointment with a Town Planner to discuss any development matters or call 9952 8222 to arrange a meeting with Council's Economic Development Officer.
The Centre's operating hours are from 9.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.

Business Connect is a dedicated and personalised NSW Government program that provides trusted advice to help you start or grow your small business.
To assist small businesses in building capability to win government contracts, additional specialist procurement advisors have joined the team and are on hand to offer their expertise.
Businesses can book a session to get professional, personal and confidential advice. We also have multicultural advisors who can provide support in multiple languages and Aboriginal Business Advisory Initiative (ABAI) advisors who can provide local and culturally-appropriate coaching.
