Ryde Lingo Project | Expression of Interest
The City of Ryde is inviting local cafes and restaurants to take part in the Ryde Lingo Project. By joining, you can receive free assistance with menu translations by Western Sydney University's translation and interpreter students.
This is a fantastic opportunity to attract more diverse customers and make your business more inclusive. While the project will start with Simplified Chinese and English, other languages spoken in the area may be considered.
Availability of this service will be based on demand and resources.

City of Ryde - Customer Service Centre
Located at 1 Pope Street, Ryde (Top Ryde City Shopping Centre, below Ryde Library), the Centre includes Customer Service and the Building and Development Advisory Service.
The Centre provides services on a range of town planning and business-related issues. You can book an appointment with a Town Planner to discuss any development matters. Or call 9952 8222 to arrange a meeting with Council's Economic Development Officer.
The Centre's operating hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Business Connect
Business Connect is a dedicated NSW Government program that provides trusted advice to help you start or grow your small business.
To help small businesses in building capability to win government contracts, additional specialist procurement advisors have joined the team and are on hand to offer their expertise.
Businesses can book a session to get professional, personal, and confidential advice. There are also multicultural advisors who can provide support in multiple languages. Aboriginal Business Advisory Initiative (ABAI) advisors can provide local and culturally appropriate coaching.
